How are the chemical hazards in food assessed? How to prevent and regulate the toxicity of contaminants present in food. Scientific knowledge is of critical importance for food safety information and related issues.

The purpose of this conference is to gain knowledge in food toxicology, a question of public health. Our speakers will set the scene on research involving food safety and regulations, but also and mainly facilitate the exchange of information.
